It’s not just about breaking those bad habits, but gradually incorporating good ones to your life.
I know just how busy you are with long work days and stressful demands a job can bring, but the first step to change is to make the conscious effort in wanting to do so.

WHAT YOU GET?
- We’ll start with an initial complementary DISCOVERY SESSION to review your health histories and goals. Then we’ll tailor your program accordingly from there. Our sessions will uncover the habits and thoughts that are in the way of your pursuit to a healthier and happier life (via-Skype or in person). We’ll understand more about cravings, habits and dig deeper into what your body needs to thrive.
- Personalised follow-up notes and recommendations to work on in-between each of our sessions.
- Program materials such as nutritional information, healthy life tips and sample meal plans and recipes.
- 5ml Young Living essential oil that I feel is best for you.
- 24/7 e-mail support in-between our sessions to guide you in making great decisions and discuss your progress as we go, including weekly check-ins.
WHAT COMES AFTER THAT? ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS.
Once your program finishes, you have the option to extend the program (with a discounted rate of course. I got you!).
The other is ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-IN (4 WEEKLY E-MAILS).
Weekly e-mail check-ins will be available at your disposal after you’ve done at least one of my programs. If you still want the guidance of a coach I will check-in on you with a survey form to fill every week to see how you’re progressing and I will reply you with 1 email per week with answers to your questions as well as support, recommendations and words of encouragement. I won’t leave you out to dry just like that!
