I’m not a vegan but I do enjoy my vegan meals with the occasional raw foods. It was a personal choice that left me seeing the results I’ve always wanted physically and spiritually. I do have my off days where I eat whatever I want and then feel guilty about it, but after some time, I realized. What’s the point of feeling guilty? Just get back on the wagon and you’ll be all set! It’s not just about what you eat and what you do, it’s how you think that will kick-start the rest of your actions.
Some days I eat raw and vegan, some days I eat vegan, some days I eat my lean meats. And this recipe is probably one of my favourites. With its sweet, salty, tangy and garlicky sauce, this dish can be adapted to a totally raw AND vegan option. Just a touch of Young Living Basil essential oil and you’re all set. Remember that Basil oil is extreeeemely potent so a tip is to use a toothpick to swipe the inside of the oil bottle cap and mix it around to your small bowl of sauce. LOVE IT! Hope you enjoy!
